Can Spirits Be Reincarnated and Still Connect With Mediums?

How can spirits be reincarnated and also connect with loved ones through mediums? If the spirit is in human form and having a new life on earth, how can it communicate? Thanks. CS

Once a soul has reincarnated, their contact with a medium would cease. You could know ‘of them’ by others on The Other Side relaying information….similar to calling a house and the person you are looking for isn’t home, but their house mate answers and tells you that ‘they’re not home, they are on a business trip, would you like to leave a message?’
