I had an occurrence recently that I have a very hard time describing and thought that you might be able to explain this to me. I had a few moments, at two separate times on the same day where I felt very lightheaded, had visions or memories flash before me of things I had either dreamt of or possibly lived at one point in time. While this was happening I had an extremely panicky feeling and almost felt as though I were falling. I actually had this once before, years ago while driving in Arizona and I felt exactly the same way and I remember trying to explain this to my friend who was in the passenger seat, as it was occurring. When it happened recently only a couple hours apart, I was aware of everything around me, but literally had to lie down and actually fell asleep for the night. This is very hard to explain and I actually found it quite frightening. I have never heard of such a thing and although I am intuitive to a certain degree, this escapes me. I truly hope that you can enlighten me as to what this could possibly be.
Many blessings to you,
You are experiencing the effects of shifting energy and energy vortexes. When the shifts take place it can feel exactly as you are describing and sometimes lead to a heavy almost drugged sleep. It is nothing to be frightened of; in fact I have found that if you embrace it then the energy shift will move through more swiftly and cleanly. The challenging part is that these types of shifts and moving vortexes happen outside of our control, which means when you are aware of one, best to clear the decks and relax your calendar. There is no point in fighting it, and you’ll feel good, great even once it passes.
I do think it is interesting to note that more and more folks on the earth plane are beginning to be more sensitive to energy shifting. For some it is a headache out of the blue, for others they might feel energetically saturated (or polluted) for a few days and then it’s as though it lifts off like a cloud.
When I was in Jamaica many years ago I felt my first energy vortexes moving through the island. The person I was with felt nothing. I was riding in the car and felt oddly dizzy. When we stopped and I stepped on the ground I felt like it was spinning and I was falling. Over and over I asked my traveling companion, “did you feel that?!” But they felt nothing.
The next time you feel an episode creeping up on you, embrace it. Get yourself to a safe spot to curl up and rest through it. Use some Rescue Remedy to lesson the anxiety and stress. Stay hydrated. Educate those around you that you are ‘having one of your energy spells’ and then tell them they need to drive.
